Visitors to the Head Teachers office during Term 2 might have noticed a rather friendly looking Gorilla sitting on top of a cupboard! This is our ‘Partnership Gorilla’. Our partner school - Bowsland Green (Bradley Stoke), already has a female Gorilla called ‘Bowslina’ who is beautifully painted in their school colours. Our Gorilla (male) at present is nameless and rather white!
On behalf of the School Council, Jamie and Megan would like to launch two special family competitions:
Entries for ‘Create a Design ‘ and ‘Name the Gorilla ‘ should be handed in to class teachers by Wednesday 25th January 2012.
Winners will be announced in Celebration Assembly on Friday 3rd February. There will be prizes for 1st place and runners up. Good Luck!
