Hall User Group (H.U.G.)
Olveston Primary School Letting Activity Information
If you would to apply for community use of our hall facilities, please see the guidance below. An application form (available from school or downloaded using the link below), will need to be completed and e-mailed/posted to the school at least 21 days before the planned activity.
The Hall User Group Committee will monitor all Letting's and consider requests that fall outside the normal user group request.
The Hall User Group Committee aim to work in cooperation with other establishments enhancing the community facilities.
The Hall User Group Committee will not consider any party activities since these would contravene the strict food Health and Safety regulations.
Charitable Events
These will constitute the majority of Letting’s and each one will be considered on its own merit. (e.g. Quiz nights; talks; church requests; etc.)
Commercial Events
These will be considered individually by the Hall User Group Committee who will evaluate the school costs, multi-let situation and community use.
Letting rates.
The standard letting rates are a guide to charges and do not include key holder costs.
